A yoga class specially designed for people of all ages who enjoy learning & practising in the physical presence of a teacher. Anybody free of ailments can enjoy the program. This yoga sequence is developed from a combination of asanas from different yoga schools around the country. Asanas are included based on research and have proven effective in all non-communicable diseases. This particular sequence works on developing respiratory capacity, decreasing stress, improving immunity & flexibility and balancing the hormones.
Level - Beginner & Intermediate
Five days a week (Monday to Friday).
One-hour fifteen minutes class.

This program is designed for people with long sitting hours like drivers, people with desk jobs, etc. It is also for people with disabilities to perform yoga on a mat.
