A yoga class specially designed for people of all ages who enjoy learning & practising in the physical presence of a teacher. Anybody free of ailments can enjoy the program. This yoga sequence is developed from a combination of asanas from different yoga schools around the country. Asanas are included based on research and have proven effective in all non-communicable diseases. This particular sequence works on developing respiratory capacity, decreasing stress, improving immunity & flexibility and balancing the hormones.
Level - Intermediate
Five days a week (Monday to Friday).
One-hour fifteen-minute class.
Conducted by a yoga expert.
Live online group class.
